Terms and Conditions

    Phonics Phactory is now accepting vendor applications for Star of Wonder Holiday Bazaar to be held on Friday, November 8 & Saturday, November 9 from 10 am - 5 pm at Phonics Phactory Christian School located at 3333 NE 8th St, Gresham, OR 97030.  


    Space Fee: 10 x 10  booth space $35 + 10% of your total sales; 8 foot table space $25 + 10 % of your total sales.  The 10% will be collected at the conclusion of the bazaar and is on the “honor system.”  


    Booth/Table Space: Tables, chairs, and tablecloths are not provided and you will need to bring your own.  Maximum table length is 8 feet.  Please, no canopies of any kind.  Electricity is available on a limited basis and only in a select number spaces.  If you need electricity, please state why you need it and how you will use it.  You will need to provided your own and 12 gauge extension cord.  Diffusers will not be allowed, due to potential sensitivities of surrounding vendors.


    Set-up/Take Down hours: The bazaar set-up time is Thursday, November 7 from 7 pm - 8:30 pm and Friday, November 8 from 8:30 am - 9:45 am.  Please be set up and ready to go by 9:45 am.  Booths are to remain open for the duration of the two-day bazaar.  Do not start taking down your display until 5 pm on Saturday.  


    Applications: Please note that submitting your application does not guarantee you booth/table space at the bazaar. Your application and pictures will be reviewed and juried.  Vendors will be notified by email of their acceptance (or denial).  We will use our discretion to limit duplication of similar items for sale so that there is a wide variety of merchandise available for purchase at our bazaar.  Applications are processed on a first come first serve basis.  Upon acceptance of your application you will have 3 business days to pay your space fee.  Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your space (and open up for another vendor selling a similar item).  Star of Wonder Holiday Bazaar reserves the right to make final decisions regarding those applications approved and all items for sale.


    Item Description/Exclusions: Photographs of the merchandise you intend to sell must be emailed to bazaar@phonicsphactory.com.  The bazaar coordinators will use these photos to get an idea of what you plan to sell.  If your application is accepted these photos may be used in our Facebook advertising.   


    Food items for sale:  If you plan to sell food at the bazaar you will need to display a copy of a current Food Handlers Card or the equivalent.


    Advertising - We will advertise on Phonics Phactory Facebook page and website.  A large banner will be hung on the fence outside of Phonics Phactory (heavily traveled area off of Division and Kane in SE Gresham) and smaller signs will be displayed in the surrounding area.  We will hang flyers at local businesses.  Flyers will be distributed at other bazaars and markets in our area.  Please help us get the word out!


    I further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Star of Wonder Holiday Bazaar and Phonics Phactory, its agents, volunteers and officers from any loss , liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activity, whether caused by negligence of Vendor/Releaser or otherwise.
